Returns

If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact Ember King customer service to arrange return and replacement of your hearth pad.

If you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping

We only ship within the continental United States, and do not ship to Alaska or Canada.
